BOOKING CONFIRMATION:
CANCELLATION OF STAY and/or CHANGE OF BOOKING DATES
For cancellations and/or changes received within 14 days from the date of arrival: the deposit will be refunded in full;
For cancellations received less than 14 days prior to the arrival date: the deposit will be fully retained;
In case of late arrival with respect to the date indicated at the time of booking: the customer is required to pay in full for the booked stay;
In case of early departure, communicated after arrival: the customer is required to pay in full for the booked stay;
In case of no-show without notice: the deposit will be fully retained;
PAYMENT METHODS
CASH: according to legal provisions.
CREDIT CARDS: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, CartaSi, BancoPosta
BANK TRANSFER: accepted with a value of at least 4 working days prior to the departure date.
CHECKING CHECK: not accepted.
IVA and TOURIST TAX:
the IVA rate applied in these rates is 10%, any increases will be counted without notice on the total account.
The Tourist Tax of the Municipality of Spotorno amounts to €1.00 per day per person and is in force from 01 April to 31 October; it is charged from the age of 12 for a maximum of 5 days/nights and is excluded from all rates.
