Access to the Ztl Area
The Hotel is located in a pedestrian area whose access by vehicles is monitored by cameras.
Customers who are guests of the Hotel, who must carry out loading and unloading baggage operations, are authorized to enter the pedestrian area and park in the area in front of the Hotel entrance for a maximum permitted time of 15 minutes.
The most convenient access to reach the Hotel is from Piazza Colombo and is subject to 24-hour video surveillance.
Upon arrival in front of the Hotel we kindly ask you to communicate to the reception the license plate number and the time of access to the pedestrian area to indemnify you from violations of the Highway Code; It will be our concern to inform the local police bodies. Access is allowed every day except Tuesday morning due to the presence of the market which takes place on the Via Aurelia.
Arrivals and departures
On the day of arrival the rooms will be available from around 12:00, luggage can be kept at the reception in the meantime. On the day of departure the rooms must be vacated by 10:00 am, luggage can be stored free of charge at the reception until departure which can easily take place the same day.
